When sending a withdrawal order, you will receive the first email containing confirmation information about the amount you want to withdraw, the address of the receiving wallet. And within the next 48 hours, CoinStrat will check and approve your order.

Once your withdrawal is approved, you will receive a follow-up email confirming the approved withdrawal.

• As for the withdrawal to your bank account, you will receive the money almost immediately from the moment of receiving the 2nd email.
• For withdrawals to crypto wallets, from the time of receiving the 2nd email, you will need to wait a little longer for the money to be transferred to the wallet. The time to receive is fast or slow depends on the transaction confirmation speed of the blockchain network at that time.

In case your withdrawal order is not valid for some reason, you will receive a 2nd email notifying that your withdrawal order has been declined and a follow-up email (3rd email) with specific information about the reason for the rejection and CoinStrat's instructions for a successful withdrawal.
